Please review the steps below for requesting a PIN or Password reset.
-If you enter your account number in the reset request you will be prompted to update your PIN#. Once done you will need to log in using your account number and PIN combination.
-If you enter your email address or username you will be prompted to update your Password. Once done you will need to log in using your email and Password combination.
You will need to be on the desktop site to change your login information. (To get there from a mobile device tap More, then Go to Desktop.) Click on Account then Edit.
You will see a pen and paper icon toward the top of the page. Click here to update your username, email address, password, or PIN.
If you have forgotten your login information you can request a reset email. To do so, please click on Forgot Your Login Credentials at the bottom of the login screen.
This will take you to our Credential Recovery page. Enter your TVG account number, username, or email address to request a password or PIN reset email.
An email will be sent to the primary email address on file. Be sure to check your Spam/Junk folder. The sender will be "no-reply@TVG.com" and the subject will be "TVG password reset information enclosed".
