Requesting a Password Reset Email
Step 1: Request a Credential Reset
You may use the link https://tvg.com/forgot-credentials or select LOGIN and then FORGOT YOUR LOGIN CREDENTIALS?
Once you have done this you will be brought to the "credentials recovery" page (shown below).
To request the credential reset email enter either your account number, email, or username in the provided space.
- If you wish to reset your account password, enter either your account email or username.
- If you wish to reset your 4 digit Pin #, enter your account number.
Once you have completed this process, select Submit and this will generate a credential reset email.
Step 2: Receive the Recovery Email
Whether you are resetting your Pin # or Password, the recovery process will require you to access your email address saved on file to locate the credential recovery email you requested in Step 1.
Please note it can take up to 5 minutes to receive your credential recovery email after your request has been made. Please be sure to also check your spam folder if you have not received your email request in 5 minutes.
Step3: Once you have received your credential recovery email you can proceed with updating your desired credentials. When your credentials have been successfully updated, will be able to log in and access your account with the new login credentials.
Updating Your PIN/Password When Already Logged In
You will just need to be on the desktop site to change your login information. (To get there from a mobile device you will need to be accessing tvg.com from your device's mobile browser. Tap More, then Go to Desktop.) Click on Account then Edit.
You will see a pen and paper icon toward the top of the page. Click here to update all account credentials such as username, email address, password, or PIN number.
