You will not be able to change your physical address online. We require an extra level of security to keep your account secure.
If you'd like to update your address please provide a copy of a current driver's license or state-issued photo ID verifying your new address. If the address on your ID does NOT match your current address please provide a copy of a recent utility bill. You can upload your documents directly through our Support Center by clicking Submit an Email, or by emailing them to support@tvg.com.
If you do not have a utility bill in your name please submit one of the following to verify your current address:
- Energy Provider Bill
- Bank Statement
- Property Tax Receipt
- Tax Assessment
- Correspondence from a government authority regarding the receipt of benefits
- Posted Mail with the name of the applicant
- Utility Bill
- Mortgage Bill
- Lease Agreement
- Insurance Card
- Voter Registration Card
- College Enrollment Paper
Once received our verifications team will review the documentation provided and update your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for the updated address to reflect online.
