During the Covid-19 pandemic our staff has moved to working from home. We are not currently offering phone support, but you can still visit our online Support Center and message a live agent seven days a week from 7am to 8:30pm Pacific Time / 10am to 11:30pm Eastern Time.
Messaging:
From desktop select the yellow 'Message Us icon at the top of this or any page in our Support Center.
On mobile select the the 'More' menu in the lower right corner, then the 'Support' button at the bottom, then 'Message Us.' (iOS users must allow pop-ups in Safari to use messaging through the iOS app.)
