During the Covid-19 pandemic, our staff have adjusted to state regulations and have moved to working from home. As a result, we are not currently offering our traditional inbound phone support, however, you can still visit our online Support Center and message a live agent seven days a week from 7 am to 8:30 pm Pacific Time / 10 am to 11:30 pm Eastern Time.
Live Messaging Support:
From the desktop site at tvg.com, simply select the yellow Message Us icon at the top of this or any page in our Support Center.
On the TVG mobile app simply select the More menu in the lower right-hand corner, then select the Support button at the bottom, and finally, you will select Message Us to begin a live chat with one of our Support Agents.
(iOS users must allow pop-ups in Safari to use messaging through the iOS app.)
