Your bank will decline a deposit to us if information entered such as the CVV code (the three digit security code on the back of the card) or expiration date of the card are entered incorrect. When this happens the system sends a query to the bank checking to see if these funds are available. When these funds are not found available due to the error in card information, we let the bank know this and decline the deposit. These funds should then release back into your account within 3-5 business days.
If you would like these funds released immediately we recommend contacting a bank supervisor and letting them know there was an error when your card was processed and we were unable to take the funds.
