While TVG offers both debit and credit card deposit options, please note, your bank will decline a deposit to us if the card information entered when making your deposit is entered incorrectly. If entered incorrectly, this information, such as your card's three-digit CVV code, your card's expiration date, and even a misspelled name will result in a declined deposit attempt.
When a card deposit has been declined our system automatically sends a query to the bank checking to see if these funds are available. When these funds are not found available due to the error in the entered card information, we will inform your bank, and proceed with declining the attempted deposit. These funds, if pending, should then release back to your funding account within 3-5 business days.
If you would like these pending funds released immediately we recommend contacting a bank supervisor from your depositing card's issuing bank to inform them of the declined deposit error. Your bank will then be able to proceed with immediately releasing the pending funds back to your card's account.
