Your full TVG balance may be unavailable to withdraw for two reasons:
1. You may have used eCheck to deposit recently. If you use eCheck to make your deposits, TVG does not receive the funds from your bank for 5-6 business days even though we allow you to wager with the funds immediately. We need to wait until we actually have the funds in hand before we can allow you to withdraw them.
Should you wish to withdraw the funds before they have cleared on TVG's side, you can send us a copy of a bank statement showing they have cleared and we may be able to do a manual withdrawal on the funds.
2. If you have received any promotional funds through a our regular promotions or a sign up promotion, this bonus will appear in your balance, but is for wagering purposes only and cannot be withdrawn.
