There are two primary reasons as to why your full TVG account balance may be unavailable for withdrawal :
1. You may have used eCheck to deposit recently. If you use eCheck to fund your account, TVG does not receive the funds from your bank for 5-6 business days even though we allow you to wager with the funds immediately. We need to wait until we actually have the funds in hand before we can allow you to withdraw them.
Should you wish to withdraw the funds before they have cleared on TVG's side, you can send us a screenshot or photo of your bank statement showing the deposits in question have cleared successfully and we may be able to do a manual withdrawal on the funds.
2. If you have received any wagering credits through a promotion or sign-up offer, these awarded bonus funds will appear in your displayed account balance, but is for wagering purposes only and these bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until they have been wagered.
