To modify a saved card or eCheck account (checking account) please follow the instructions below. Starting from a desktop computer:
If you are using a mobile device, you will need to use your phone's internet browser to access tvg.com. From there tap "More," scroll down, then tap the option that states: "Go to Desktop."
- Find and click the person icon in the top right corner of the home page.
- Find and click "Deposit", or "Withdrawal" (either will work).
- On the "My Funds" page, look for a tab near the top of the page named "Payment Management".
Once on the Payment Management tab, you can switch between eCheck, and Debit/Credit cards using the tabs at the top of the page. You will be able to remove a debit or credit card as you wish by clicking the black "x" button next to the card of choice. To update the expiration date on an existing card click 'edit details', then update the expiration date and click 'save'.
