Occasionally checks get lost in the mail or are lost after being delivered. We are happy to work with you when this happens. Checks can take up to 10 business days to arrive so we will have to wait until that period of time passes before we can reissue the check or return the funds to your account.
Once 10 business days have passed, you will need to fill out the attached stop payment form to give us permission to void the original check. The completed form can be emailed to Support@TVG.com, faxed to 1-866-296-0107, or mailed to the address below. Once the form is received we can return the funds to your account or reissue the check on the next check mailing day. Checks are mailed on Monday through Friday.
