If you have not already checked your spam/junk folder, please do so, as email providers occasionally file the alerts to these folders by mistake.
Some customers may not be receiving some, or all of their My Stable Email alerts on time, or at all. This may be due to throttling on the side of some email providers, and we are currently working with our email partners to determine a solution and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
The following is a list of email providers that our customers have experienced email alert troubles with in the past:
If you are not receiving your stable alerts we suggest using an alternative email address. Many free services are available such as Gmail.com. If you need assistance updating your email address on your TVG account please send us an email at Support@TVG.com
When reporting issues with stable alerts, please reach out to us at Support@TVG.com or through live chat in our support center. Please include as much detail as possible, such as; which alerts (entry, race, or result) are missing, late, or duplicated, as well as the last stable alert you received, if you are not currently receiving any alerts and we will be happy to assist.
