Some customers may not be receiving some or all of their My Stable Email alerts on time, or at all. This is due to throttling on the side of some email providers. The following email providers appear to be affected:
These email providers are throttling our ability to send the alerts because of the large amounts of alerts that are sent. We are currently working with our email partner to determine a solution and apologize for the inconvenience.
If you are not receiving your stable alerts we suggest using an alternative email address. Many free services are available such as Gmail.com. If you need assistance updating your email address on your TVG account please send us an email at Support@TVG.com
