Occasionally, when using the app for iPhone or iPad you may have trouble with the video stream or other loading errors. This is usually caused by the program running for a long time in the background. If you encounter any problems with the video stream or other features on the app please force close then reopen the program. This will allow the app to clear out any stale data that is causing it to not run properly.

If the app is still not running properly it is possible that you are not running the most current version. Deleting and reinstalling the program will ensure you are up to date.
