No, all promotional payouts are wagering credits and are not available for withdrawal. You are of course welcome to withdraw any winnings you earn from them.
Promotional payouts will not be reflected on your My Bets page as they are credits from TVG and not payouts from tracks. You can review them on your Account Summary. You can find this on the desktop site by selecting Account, then Account Summary. To reach the desktop site from a mobile device select More, then Go to Desktop.
