If you are having issues with video streaming on the Watch TVG app on your Roku device, you may need to clear out your Watch TVG cached data. To clear the cache data, follow the steps below.
- Go to the home page
- Press the following button combination in order (try not to wait too long between button presses):
- Press Home 5 times
- Press Up
- Press Rewind 2 times
- Press Fast Forward 2 times
