If you are having issues with video streaming on the WatchTVG app on your Roku device, you may need to clear out your WatchTVG cached data. To clear the cache data, follow the specific steps below.
- You will need to access the home page, by selecting the Home button.
- Press the following button combination in order (try not to wait too long between button presses):
- Press Home 5 times
- Press Up
- Press Rewind 2 times
- Press Fast Forward 2 times
Once you have completed this button pressing sequence it will clear your WatchTVG cache and should override and bypass any streaming error that was experienced on the device. However, if you're continuing to have problems with your Roku device, please visit the Roku support page.
