TVG uses a verification service to ensure age and residency requirements are met. Unfortunately, it sounds like your information was not verified successfully. There are a variety of reasons this may happen even if you entered your information correctly.
If you'd still like to complete your account set up please provide a copy of a current driver's license or state-issued photo ID, along with a picture of you holding your ID. If the address on your ID does NOT match your current address please also include a copy of a recent utility bill. You can upload your documents directly through our Support Center by clicking Submit an Email, or by emailing them to support@tvg.com.
If you do not have a utility bill in your name please submit one of the following to verify your current address:
- Energy Provider Bill
- Bank Statement
- Property Tax Receipt
- Tax Assessment
- Correspondence from a government authority regarding the receipt of benefits
- Posted Mail with the name of the applicant
- Utility Bill
- Mortgage Bill
- Lease Agreement
- Insurance Card
- Voter Registration Card
- College Enrollment Paper
Once received our verification team will do their best to have you up and running quickly! If we are able to verify your account you will receive an email notification to the email address you listed when signing up. Unfortunately, we may not be able to verify all accounts or may require additional documentation to ensure we are meeting regulatory requirements.
